About me
Audrey Abitbol
Gestalt therapy practionner (EHG Paris)
Senior Reflexologist (Reedman College)
Senior Massage therapist( Thiltan College)
Emotional Osteopathy (Atom Paris)
I was born and raised in Paris.
After earning a master’s degree in marketing, I worked for over ten years in marketing and event management, in France and internationally.
In search of meaning, I turned to body-mind therapies — emotional osteopathy, reflexology, and massage — which allowed me to develop a holistic vision of the person: body and mind as a single unit. I discovered how much the body “speaks” when you know how to listen, sometimes even faster than words.
Then I trained in Gestalt therapy, which connects the body, heart, and mind, placing the present moment and the relationship at the center of the practice.
My values: respect, attentive listening, and authenticity.
My intention: to create a bridge between body and mind, a space where you can release what weighs on you, reconnect with what energizes you, and move at your own pace toward greater inner freedom.
My approach: psychocorporal — a bodywork session can release an emotion, and a “psychotherapy” session can help you inhabit your body more fully.
I deeply believe that body and mind are in constant dialogue, and when we give them a voice, they find their balance.
