Reflexology on the foot – or how to activate the self-healing powers of our body

Reflexology treatment, which involves pressure from the therapist on the ball of the foot, triggers the body's self-healing process into action. It involves stimulating precise areas, called reflex points. Each area of the foot corresponds to a part of the body. By applying pressure to the reflex point on the foot, the therapist remotely stimulates the activities of the corresponding glands and organs. These are strengthening and relaxing actions, according to the needs of each patient.

Emotional osteopathy, or the study of the causes of our illnesses in order to free us from them

Throughout our lives, we constantly receive information about our environment. We imprint emotions on our tissues, bones, muscles, spine...

Now, these hidden emotional memories sometimes weigh us down. Especially since the more traumatic and violent the experience was, the more our defense system tends to transfer its memory to our subconscious, immobile layers, which do not allow either our intellect or our organism to respond to or process them.

These memories, then, can persist in our bodies in the form of physical symptoms or common physical behaviors. These memories often underlie our illnesses, tensions, and pains, which modern medicine sometimes cannot explain.

When we find the cause, or causes, underlying our symptoms, etiopathy allows us to free ourselves from them, and rediscover calm and harmony.

Massage, the basis for relaxation and quality of life

Massage, the basis for relaxation and quality of life. Massage is known for its relaxing effects and its calming action, which neutralizes pain and muscle tension.

Swedish massage

Soft and performed with oil, it activates blood circulation in the tissues and relieves tension. This massage provides a feeling of calm and significant muscle relaxation. It is known for its anti-stress effects.

Hawaiian or Lomi Lomi massage

A relaxing massage performed using flexible, rhythmic movements of the forearms, using a large amount of warm oil. This massage combines softness with depth, allowing you to release muscle tension, calm your mind, and facilitate relaxation.

Hot stones

The heat of basalt stones allows for a higher level of heat than the body's. They also contribute to the dilation of blood vessels in the tissues, which helps to relax and loosen the muscles.

Thai massage

The techniques used are designed to create harmony between the patient's body, emotions and mindset, through continuous stretching work. The patient is dressed in full and comfortable clothing. Thai massage releases muscle tension, relieves back pain and gives the body flexibility. Of all the massages, Thai is aimed as an orthopedic massage and works on joint and muscle flexibility.

Pregnant women

This treatment can be a regular part of a woman's prenatal care.

The treatment eases the burden of hormonal changes that occur during pregnancy in a woman's body and is also effective for back pain, edema, insomnia, depression, and more.

This is a gentle treatment that combines light friction, "applorage" and pressure, in which the patient lies on her side.

Please note: In Israel, there is a recommendation not to begin massage for pregnant women before the fourth month of pregnancy.
